Volunteer Checklist allows you to create custom checklists for your volunteer activities. You can build task lists, share them with your team, track completions, and analyze your workflows. Simply sign up, create your first checklist, and start organizing your volunteer work.

Completion limits refer to the number of times checklists can be completed each billing period. This includes both your own completions and submissions from public forms. For paid plans, the limit resets based on your billing cycle (the day you started your subscription). For free accounts, limits reset on the 1st of each calendar month. You can purchase add-ons if you need additional completions.

Yes! You can upgrade your plan at any time and the change takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. When downgrading, checklists beyond your new limit are disabled (not deleted) and can be re-enabled by upgrading again.

With the Paid Team plan, you can invite unlimited team members to collaborate on checklists. Team members share the 10,000 completion limit per billing cycle and can access all team checklists. Individual subscriptions are automatically paused while on a team.

You have a 10% grace period before completions are blocked. At 90% usage, you'll receive a warning. At 110%, all new completions are blocked until you upgrade or purchase add-ons.
